Boost Customer Care
Boost Customer Care maintenance and support program is a
comprehensive and cost-effective set of upgrade and support services to
assure customers the successful integration of projects and to assist in providing
prompt and accurate problem resolution. Customer Care includes the following
support plans:
Standard Support: This provides customers
with the ability to submit support requests via email only. Requests are
taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Standard Support is offered
as a free service to all Boost customers.
Priority Support: Requests
are taken via email and telephone during normal business hours (Monday
through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CT). Responses to requests range
from simple feature requests to dedicated support technicians working
until the problem is resolved. This service is offered for an annual fee.
Maintenance: Customers
who purchase a maintenance agreement can freely download version updates.
Maintenance is priced on a percentage basis, with discounts offered when
purchased along with a software package.
